David Michael Elias

1 Corinthians 13:13. Now, however, these three remain: faith, hope, love; but the greatest of these is love.

David Michael Elias was born on September 16, 1954 in St. Paul, MN and passed away at home on June 20, 2026.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Genevieve; brothers, Joseph and Jerry; sister, Josie; nephew, Joey.

David will be deeply missed by his wife, Lynn; daughter, Debra; grandchildren, Mary, Eric and Lance; sister, Maryann (LeRoy) Johnson.

David greatly enjoyed his life and everyone in it, including his friends, family, and animals. He was known to have many get togethers at the home and would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was also quick to forgive. Most of all, David loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren. Additionally, David treasured being in nature. He enjoyed going for walks, gardening, and planting flowers.

Service of remembrance will take place at 1pm on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Emily's Lebanese Deli, 641 University Ave NE, Minneapolis.
