Elmer Alois Scheid

Age 90 passed away early Friday morning May 4, 2012 at J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park. Elmer was born October 4, 1921 New Ulm, Minnesota the son of Alois & Anna Rothmeyer Scheid. He was a member of the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame. Elmer is the beloved husband of Margaret. He was preceded in death by his first wife, and grandson Danny; step-son, John Symanietz. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday at St. Marys Catholic Church, New Ulm. Gathering 9:30-10:30 AM at church. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to MN Music Hall of Fame or donors choice.
