James Leo Bayerl, age, 75, of Oak Grove, MN, passed away peacefully August 30, 2026. He was born November 16, 1950 in Little Falls, MN to Elmer and Mary (Reading) Bayerl.
Jim grew up in Little Falls, MN, with his four siblings, Dave, Paulette, Roxanne, and Jason. It was there that he met the love of his life, Sandra Lintner. Jim served in Vietnam, specializing in radio communications.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer, and Mary Bayerl; his sister, Paulette Decker; his canine companions, Taz, and Buddy; and his beloved wife, Sandy Bayerl. He is survived by his siblings, Dave Bayerl, Roxanne Voss, and Jason Bayerl; his daughters, Tesha Bayerl, and Pamela Carpentier; his grandkids, David, Dylan, Kylie, and Jesse; and eight great grandkids.
Jim and Sandy will be laid to rest together at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
