Jerry Phipps

Gerald "Jerry" Phipps, age 57 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Nov 1, 2021. Preceded in death by parents, Jack and Karen; and brother, Jimmy. Survived by wife, Jackie Phipps; daughters, Brianne (Sam) Woltering and Brittany Phipps (Glenn); stepfather, Len Schulte; step daughter, Chelsea (Matt) Young; grandchildren, Bryley, Brentley and Kayne; siblings, Kristi (Todd) Miller and Matt (Stacy) Schulte; nieces, Marilyn and Amelia; and many loving relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Wed, Nov 10 from 4-8PM at the North St. Paul VFW Post 1350, 2483 7th Ave E, St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
