Juanita Dottie Cobb

Juanita Dottie Cobb, age 100, entered fully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on February 12th, 2017. She is survived by her siblings, Mary Anderson of Des Moines, IA, and Richard Kay of Conti Basin, AZ; her children, Sheri Mike Cord of Urbandale, IA, and Marjorie Gary Velishek of Fridley, MN; her five grandchildren, Daun Van Caldwell, Troy Andi Cord, Aliza Shai Sudry, Sonja Scott Conrath, and Tyrus Thomsen; and her eight great-grandchildren, Kia, Danika, Jessica, Olivia, Estella, Gunnar, Juliet, and Zanna. She is preceded in death by her husband and soul mate, Tyrus Cobb; her children, Lawrence and Julianne Cobb; her granddaughter, Abby Thomsen; her parents, Neely and Marie Kay; and her siblings, Joseph Kay and Delores Simonsen. The love and wisdom she brought to this life will forever be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held on June 24th in her hometown of Emmetsburg, Iowa. Memorials preferred to Central Lutheran Church.
