Kluch, Patricia "Pat", age 76 of Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her immediate family on Mar 19, 2016. Survived by her husband of 50 years, Frank; son, Jim Paula; grandsons, Matthew Jamie and Nicholas Laura; 7 siblings; nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 1PM on Fri, Mar 25 at Choice Cremation, 7398 University Ave NE, Fridley, with a visitation one hour prior.
