Menard, Ralph Joseph age 63 of Columbia Heights, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Ralph was preceded in death by parents, Emil & Edna Menard. He is survived by loving wife of 42 years, Vaness; children, Dana Sonja Menard, Julie Guthrie Michael; granddaughters, Isabel, Gianna and Jessica; sisters, Nancy Wolfe, Rosemarie Victor Berrios; other relatives and many friends.
