Richard Lewis Humphrey, 68, New Brighton, MN, passed away on March 10, 2026. He was born August 5, 1957 in Minneapolis to Richard Anthony and Marilyn (Gacek) Humphrey.
Rich grew up in Columbia Heights. He graduated from high school in 1976 and then attended North Hennepin College. Rich worked sales jobs for various companies, but he was a well-known and loved bartender at Leon’s Supper Club.
Duck hunting and fishing were Rich’s favorite activities. He had many friendships that he kept throughout the years.
Grateful for sharing in Rich’s life are his father, Richard Humphrey; brothers, John Humphrey and Michael Humphrey; and niece, Emma Humphrey. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn.
