Beautifully written message written by my good friend. Jean McDonough
I didn't know Michael, but he must have been a very good man. Jean, I am truly sorry for your loss.
I met Mike through his wife, Jean, who was a college friend. Visiting Jean and Mike was great fun for me, since they inspired humorous episodes, jokes and ideas in each other. I got to keep track of their experiences with education, higher education and the unique happenings in their lives and their take on accounts of my experiences. Mike was delightful when amused and profound when arguing ethics, interpretations, and, of course, points of law. His thinking was quick and his phrasing impressive to me, since I was tuned to English and speech by education and interest. Mike was an unique and arresting person and one does not meet many of those in a lifetime. Grace Kisner Petron
