Al was born Jan. 22, 1952 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He died of cancer on Jan. 28, 2023. He spent 4 years in the Navy on the USS HULL as a Gunners Mate. He loved going to the casino, golfing and bowling.

Al was preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Arthur & Evelyn Lawhead, his mother and stepfather, Mary & John Rabey. He is survived by siblings, Marlowe (Carol), Norma, Barbara, Sheila and Trulie, nieces and nephews.
